FOR MUSKIES: To enter a muskie in the Muskie Fishing Contest, you must use a Muskies, Inc., entry form. The Muskies, Inc., contest form is available by clicking here.
FOR MULTISPECIES: To enter a largemouth bass, a smallmouth bass, a walleye, or a northern pike in the chapter's Multispecies Fishing Contest, participants must use the Multispecies entry form. To view this form, please click here.
KID'S CONTEST: If your child is a member of the South Side Muskie Hawks, he or she is eligible to take part in the chapter's Kid's Fishing Contest. To look at the rules or to obtain a copy of the entry form, please click here
